Som tur \u00e4r s\u00e5 \u00e4r vecka 53 (sjukdom), 2 (semster) och 3 (semester) undantag. Sen vecka 34 (veckan efter IM Kalmar 2015) ligger m\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 lite drygt 10,5 h. D\u00e5 ska man ocks\u00e5 komma ih\u00e5g att f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5naden var ganska lugn. M\u00e4ter man fr\u00e5n vecka 39 \u00e4r snittm\u00e4ngden ist\u00e4llet runt 12,5 h. Nu g\u00e4ller det att f\u00e5 in n\u00e5gra bra veckor f\u00f6r att bevisa att l\u00e5gvolymveckor inte \u00e4r en\u00a0trend.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Vecka 3 var semester och vecka efter marathon.
