Det \u00e4r hur v\u00e4l min kropp kan tillgodog\u00f6ra sig m\u00e4ngden i resan mot m\u00e5let.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Idag struntade jag i ett t\u00e4nkt simpass. Varje torsdag erbjuder min arbetsgivare fri simning i ett litet bad p\u00e5 Hisingen. Det i sig \u00e4r ju fantastiskt och motivation nog att g\u00e5 dit. Men hall\u00e5, varf\u00f6r ska jag g\u00e5 dit? Jag beh\u00f6ver inte n\u00f6ta fler &#8221;oplanerade&#8221; kilometer. Jag kan redan andas och tar mig fram hyffsat utan att bli tr\u00f6tt. B\u00e4ttre att\u00a0spendera tiden med att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got annat.
