Skulle g\u00e4rna h\u00e5lla mig \u00f6ver 40 km i veckan som absolut minimum fram\u00f6ver, men det \u00e4r inte allt i v\u00e4rlden. Totalt 3 sk\u00f6na l\u00f6ppass:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 intervallpass (5*1 km): 1 min vila och under 4 min \/ km p\u00e5 alla intervaller.<\/li>\n<li>1 tr\u00f6skelpass (ca 15 km): Tempo fr\u00e5n start med lugn \u00f6ppning, och\u00a0tv\u00e5 ordentliga stigningar, ca 45:30 p\u00e5 de inledande 10 km sen slog jag av p\u00e5 takten.<\/li>\n<li>1 distanspass (ca 15 km): Riktigt lugnt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fokus ligger p\u00e5 viktnedg\u00e5ng och l\u00e5ngsam upptrappning \/ \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning sen IronMan Kalmar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har haft en sk\u00f6n vecka och \u00e4r speciellt n\u00f6jd med\u00a0l\u00f6pningen, d\u00e4r passen blivit precis som jag t\u00e4nkt mig.
