Oftast lite bl\u00e5sigt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Jag k\u00e4nner mig&#8230; F\u00e4rdig. Duktig. Stark. Hel. Lugn. Glad. Det finns ingen k\u00e4nsla jag skulle vilja ha annorlunda. Jag k\u00e4nner mig helt redo f\u00f6r helg. En perfekt fredagsk\u00e4nsla.\u00a0V\u00e4garna hit \u00e4r kanske m\u00e5nga, men en v\u00e4g \u00e4r att tr\u00e4na. Att tr\u00e4na g\u00f6r mig lycklig. S\u00e4kert dig ocks\u00e5?<\/p>\n<p>Allm\u00e4nt kraftl\u00f6s hela veckan, men med ett lunchpass gympa p\u00e5 jobbet \u00e4ndrades det. Inte s\u00e4rskilt anstr\u00e4ngande fysiskt men desto mer koordination. Bara sk\u00f6nt och lite magtr\u00e4ning som jag verkligen \u00e4r i behov av!<\/p>\n<p>Gick sen i lagom tid fr\u00e5n jobbet. Har l\u00e4nge haft tanken p\u00e5 att institutionalisera afterwork-intervaller p\u00e5 fredagar eller torsdagar. Stormen Henri var p\u00e5 bes\u00f6k, det bl\u00e5ste. Jag tog mig \u00e4nd\u00e5 ganska kvickt ner mot Sanneg\u00e5rdshamnen, d\u00e4r man kan g\u00f6ra ett intervall-varv p\u00e5 drygt 1 km. Det var mest roligt att se hur pulsen \u00f6kade f\u00f6r varje varv. Totalt k\u00f6rde jag 5 st varv.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 senaste har jag vart lite fundersam \u00f6ver varf\u00f6r mitt lugna tempo sjunkt ner mot 6 min per km. N\u00e4r jag var klar s\u00e5g jag att alla mina intervaller gick under 4 tempo. Snabbaste km p\u00e5 3:47.
