Metoden &#8221;uppfanns&#8221; av\u00a0Francesco Cirillo och det g\u00e5r att l\u00e4sa mer om den <a href=\"http:\/\/pomodorotechnique.com\/\">h\u00e4r<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har ibland v\u00e4ldigt sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla fokus p\u00e5 uppgiften, och ibland arbetar jag ist\u00e4llet alldeles f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 en och samma uppgift. Jag valde d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att testa\u00a0att arbeta i 25 minuters intervaller med 5 minuters paus samt att i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g uppskatta hur m\u00e5nga pomodoros som beh\u00f6vdes. Det fungerar \u00f6ver f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan\u00a0d\u00e5 jag\u00a0lyckas l\u00e4gga annat \u00e5t sidan, och kommer in i ett flow.
