Min slutsats \u00e4r att cykel- och l\u00f6pstr\u00e4ckorna\u00a0var\u00a0n\u00e5got korta \u00e4ven ifall jag ocks\u00e5 har m\u00e4tfel p\u00e5 min klocka.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simning: 1,93 km, 3,2 km\/h, 00:36:33.5<\/li>\n<li>Cykel: 86,34 km,\u00a031,8 km\/h, 02:43:06.1<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f6pning: 20,23 km, 4:43 min \/ km,\u00a01:35:29.2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tr\u00e4ning och uppladdning<\/h2>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ningsm\u00e4ngd, inklusive t\u00e4vlingar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>35 h i maj: 13 h cykel, 11 h l\u00f6pning<\/li>\n<li>23 h under juni: 15 h cykel, 4,5 l\u00f6pning<\/li>\n<li>24 h under juli: 14 h cykel, 5,5 h l\u00f6pning och 2 h triathlon<\/li>\n<li>33,5 h under augusti: 20 h cykel och 9 h l\u00f6pning, inklusive\u00a0Tj\u00f6rn Triathlon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Att n\u00e4stan g\u00f6ra en halvironman p\u00e5 5 h med ett leende p\u00e5 l\u00e4pparna med den m\u00e4ngden tr\u00e4ning\u00a0tycker jag \u00e4r bra. Det var ganska lite l\u00f6pning, men fram till mitten p\u00e5 maj var fokus p\u00e5 l\u00f6pning i och med G\u00f6teborgsvarvet.\u00a0Jag kan ocks\u00e5 konstatera att jag simmat v\u00e4ldigt lite, fick inte in rutinen och har \u00e4nnu inte f\u00e5tt in den. Majoriteten av tr\u00e4ningen var lugna distanspass &#8211; knappt 7 av 82 h under juni, juli och augusti l\u00e5g inom vad Suunto kallar PTE 4 och ytterligare 1,5 h l\u00e5g i PTE 5.<\/p>\n<p>PTE\u00a0st\u00e5r f\u00f6r Peak training effect, som m\u00e4ter tiden i olika pulszoner och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt ber\u00e4knar ut en tr\u00e4ningsbelastning. Jag tar PTE som\u00a0en fingervisning,\u00a0men min\u00a0uppfattning var ocks\u00e5 att kvantitet fick g\u00e5 f\u00f6re kvalit\u00e9. Jag \u00e4r inte missn\u00f6jd med valet. Vill man k\u00f6ra l\u00e5nga t\u00e4vlingar som \u00e4r flera timmar s\u00e5 \u00e4r det viktigare att vara uth\u00e5llig \u00e4n snabb. Vill jag cykla och springa l\u00e5ngt och samtidigt k\u00f6ra kvalit\u00e9 m\u00e5ste jag bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att prioritera tr\u00e4ning, planera in tr\u00e4ning och frig\u00f6ra mer tid f\u00f6r tr\u00e4ning d\u00e5 jag inte vill ta bort distanspass.<\/p>\n<p>Ser jag \u00f6ver min uppladdning s\u00e5 tr\u00e4nade jag v\u00e4ldigt lite de sista tv\u00e5 veckorna. Kanske var jag sjuk? Jag tror mig veta att korta och snabba pass \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla formen under sista veckan &#8211; n\u00e5got jag inte gjorde allts\u00e5! D\u00e4remot s\u00e5 verkar jag ha tr\u00e4nat h\u00e5rt tre och fyra veckor innan, vilket s\u00e4kert bidrog till min prestation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Samma vecka: 18 km h\u00e5rd l\u00f6pning p\u00e5 band p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndag, 27 km cykling p\u00e5 tisdag. Vila onsdag. Vila torsdag. Vila fredag.<\/li>\n<li>Tv\u00e5 veckor: 20 km l\u00f6pning, ett pass simning.<\/li>\n<li>Tre veckor: \u00a0340 km cykling, varav ett brickpass (med ca 7-8 km l\u00f6pning).<\/li>\n<li>Fyra veckor: Ut\u00f6ver ett l\u00f6ppass p\u00e5 17 km p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagen, tr\u00e4ningsl\u00e4ger p\u00e5 helgen med David och Henrik:\n<ol>\n<li>Fredag: simning.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f6rdag: cykling (~65 km), l\u00f6pning (7km) och simning.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f6ndag: l\u00f6pning (16,5 km)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Simning<\/h2>\n<p>Jag k\u00e4mpar idag, mer \u00e4n ett halv\u00e5r senare, med att simma 3,2 km \/ h p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning i bass\u00e4ng. D.v.s. jag m\u00e5ste vara n\u00f6jd med resultatet.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt intryck \u00e4r att jag simmade om fler \u00e4n det antal som simmade om mig. Jag fick ett antal sparkar i huvudet och simglas\u00f6gonen \u00e5kte av en g\u00e5ng. Inget allvarligt och det gick fint att forts\u00e4tta simma.<\/p>\n<h2>Cykling<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e4stan 32 km \/ h i snitt\u00a0och jag vill cykla snabbare. Jag \u00e5t nog 9 gels.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00f6pning<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag kom ut p\u00e5 l\u00f6pningen var mina f\u00f6tter bortdomnade. Efter n\u00e5gra km vaknade dem till liv och s\u00e5 jag sprang. Jag sprang f\u00f6rbi alla, ingen sprang f\u00f6rbi mig. Det var n\u00e5gra mindre, ganska branta backar, p\u00e5 den relativt platta l\u00f6pstr\u00e4ckningen. Det \u00e4r samma tempo som jag lyckades h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 G\u00f6teborgsvarvet 2013 (enl. RunKeeper), och ca 20 sekunder l\u00e5ngsammare per km \u00e4n G\u00f6teborgsvarvet 2014 (enl.
