Inl\u00e4ggen ska handla om (vad jag tror \u00e4r) heta \u00e4mnen inom tr\u00e4ning. I alla fall det jag l\u00e4st mycket om i triathlontidningar, bloggar och b\u00f6cker. Jag t\u00e4nker g\u00e5 igenom f\u00f6ljande omr\u00e5den \/ begrepp:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>periodisering<\/li>\n<li>varierad tr\u00e4ning &#8211; intensitet, typ av tr\u00e4ning<\/li>\n<li>anv\u00e4nda fett f\u00f6r uth\u00e5llighet<\/li>\n<li>kostr\u00e5d f\u00f6r uth\u00e5llighet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inom varje omr\u00e5de t\u00e4nkte jag utforska:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>definition<\/li>\n<li>vad modern forskning \/ litteratur tycker \u00e4r bra<\/li>\n<li>vad mina erfarenheter s\u00e4ger. Allts\u00e5 vad \u00e4r min <strong>Tr\u00e4ningstaktik<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Tr\u00e4ning handlar om att hitta sin egen v\u00e4g!! <strong>Tr\u00e4ningstaktik<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>P\u00e5 samma tema. L\u00e4ste en artikel idag kring marathontider i Sverige. Du visste v\u00e4l att Svenska rekordet p\u00e5 maran st\u00e5tt sig i mer \u00e4n 30 \u00e5r. Det innehas av Kjell-Erik St\u00e5hl. Idag 70 \u00e5r. Han sprang p\u00e5 typ 2:10. Dagens b\u00e4ste svensk ligger p\u00e5 2:12.<\/p>\n<p>Intressant \u00e4r att Kjell Erik hade ett vanligt jobb (var ej proffs). Kjell-Erik f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar i artikeln att inte att k\u00f6ra l\u00e5nga l\u00e5ngsamma pass f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na aerobt. Han menar att han bara sprang snabbt och l\u00e5ngt. Detta g\u00e5r emot mycket av vad experterna idag s\u00e4ger (t.ex. Anders Szalkai i sin bok <em>Marathon och andra l\u00e5nglopp<\/em>).
